Workforce analytics for Workday
Ask about your Workday data in plain English.
DaySight MCP connects your AI assistant to Workday. Ask analytical questions about your workforce and get answers, charts and dashboards back. You sign in as yourself, so your assistant sees what you are allowed to see, and nothing more.
Recorded on a Workday demo tenant. Aggregates only, no individual records. Early testing, runs on your own Windows PC through Claude Desktop, free for non-commercial use. For privacy and safety, use it with Claude Enterprise, which does not use your conversations to train models.

Why people like it
The workforce questions you used to need a report for
Analytics in plain English
Headcount, hires, exits, turnover, tenure, cost and mix, by function, region, location or leader. Ask the way you would ask a colleague.
Charts and dashboards on request
Ask your assistant to turn any answer into a chart, or a whole dashboard for the board, finance or a local team.
Signs in as you
You approve access with your own Workday account. Workday’s security still decides what comes back.
Read-only and private
Analytics come back as summaries: no names, no individual pay, and groups smaller than three people are hidden.
What you get back
From a question to a dashboard
An illustration of what your assistant can draw from your answers. The data is illustrative sample data.

What it covers
Workforce analytics plus the core Workday areas
Each area needs its scope on your API Client.
Try it on your own Workday tenant
Download the extension, register your own API Client and ask your first question. A test or implementation tenant is the best place to start.
